Formal Nigeria Midfielder Mikel Obi Sacked By Trabzonspor Football Club.

Formal Nigeria captain and Midfielder, John Mikel Obi’s has been sacked by Trabzonspor football club after criticizing the league over safety on the coronavirus outbreak.

However, His wife, Olga so far has defended him after he had his Trabzonspor contract terminated by mutual consent. The former Chelsea star recently took to his instagram page to criticize the Turkish Super Lig’s decision to carry on playing matches despite the coronavirus outbreak. He criticised Turkey for not suspending League for coronavirus and he refused to play last game.

Shortly afterwards, his contract was terminated and he cane under attack from trolls, prompting his wife to speak up in his defense.

Following the termination which was through mutual consent, Mikel will not be paid any compensation as he agreed to give up all forward-looking rights and receivables. The midfielder’s contract would have run until 2021 had he stayed on at Trabzonspor.

Ex-BBN Contestant Khafi Brother, Alexander Kareem

Instagram has reacted to the murder of Ex-BBN Contestant Khafi Brother, Alexander Kareem who past away on 8th June, 2020.

A man shot dead in west London, has been named by police as 20-year-old Alexander Kareem, who was the younger brother of ex-BBN contestant, Khafi Kareem.

Alexander was killed after suffering gunshot wounds to his chest and abdomen on Askew Road in Shepherd’s Bush at 12.40am on Monday.

According to detectives, a white Range Rover Evoque linked to the murder was later found burnt out three miles away. The police said they were yet to make any arrests.

He was walking home along Askew Road after a trip to a convenience store when someone opened fire on him. Khafi was in mourning last night with relatives. According to a friend: “His family is distraught. Alex wouldn’t talk down to anyone – he was friends with everybody.”
